Time to start paying more attention to what we eat and how much we move.  If you want to feel alive then eat things that are alive.  The natural enzymes in raw live fruits and veggies also assist our bodies in breaking them down during digestion.  More live food will aid in the digestion of other foods as well.  

Time to get moving.  If you are not a gym rat then you will need to find ways to get out and move.  There are wonderful walking paths and even our neighborhood sidewalks.  There is therapy in walking.  It can provide a great cardio work out for some but it also provides massage to your organs.  The movement of walking alone provides gentle massage to those vital organs that also benefit from more blood flow.  

Time to check in with your body.  How many times have you gotten a massage and not realized all that was going on in your body until someone worked on that area?  So much of our lives desensitizes our ability to feel and know our own bodies.  Things like massage and yoga can bring keep you in touch and in tune with where your body is at physically.  While taking time to move in a day you must take time to relax in a day.  I know it sounds impossible but our bodies need to decompress and release tension, stress and fatigue.  Find your quiet space.  Massage, yoga, meditation, or even reading a book can calm your senses and your spirit.
